The Mohawk Valley Engineers Executive Council (MVEEC) is an umbrella organization representing the professional and educational interests of all engineering, scientific, and technical societies in the central New York area. Each year, MVEEC holds an awards banquet during National Engineers Week in February. This years banquet was held on Thursday, February 17, 2005 and continues to serve several important functions.

MVEEC has been a mainstay in the Mohawk Valley for over 50 years promoting engineering excellence. Representatives from local technical societies volunteer their time on activities such as Engineering Awards Banquet, Project SITES Student Introduction To Technology, Engineering, and Science), and the Engineering Symposium.
